New webdesign clients. Without manual outreach

LogicTools workflows automatically identify suitable companies, detect demand signals, and turn manual lead research into a clear, efficient outreach process.

How It Works

Full control over your lead generation. Our solution runs directly on your infrastructure. You decide when and how many leads you need. We handle the technical setup and stay by your side as a reliable support team.

01

Define your target audience and capture companies

At the start, you define your target audience and industry in the required format. The workflow automatically searches for relevant companies and captures them in a structured way for further processing.

02

Analyze websites and evaluate leads

The captured leads are automatically analyzed based on their websites. The workflow checks the technical foundation of each website and creates a structured technical evaluation that is written directly into your Google Sheet.

03

Reach out to contacts in a personalized way

In the outreach workflow, the prepared leads are processed for contact. Suitable contacts are personalized using AI and automatically contacted via your mail server.

Find Company Leads Automatically

The lead generation workflow finds relevant companies by industry and region, collects the most important data, and neatly writes everything into your Google Sheet. more

Analyze Leads Automatically

The analysis workflow takes the data of the already generated companies, analyzes their website, shows you specific weaknesses and optimization opportunities, and based on that writes you an analysis report that is saved in your Google Sheet. more

Outreach / Acquisition Workflow

The workflow creates individual emails based on your specifications and the analysis, and sends them via your mail server. more

FAQ

What is included in the purchase?

You receive the booked workflow or bundle as a ready-made automation for lead research, website evaluation, and outreach preparation. Depending on the booked scope, we also support you with setup, customization, and technical handover.

Do I need to set up anything technical myself?

The technical effort on your end remains manageable. Depending on the package, we guide you through the setup or handle the technical implementation together with you. Which credentials are needed is clearly and simply coordinated with you in advance.

What prerequisites do I need?

Depending on the workflow, individual access credentials for spreadsheets, email sending, or technical execution are required. Which prerequisites specifically apply in your case, we clarify before the setup.

What recurring costs are there?

Additional costs only arise where you use your own external services, for example for email sending or individual providers in the background. These costs run directly through your own accounts. There are no hidden surcharges from us.

Do I own the workflow after purchase?

Yes. After the handover, you use the purchased workflow permanently in your own company. You are not buying an ongoing usage license, but a one-time solution with optional support as needed.

Who is this solution designed for?

The solution is designed for web designers, agencies, and B2B service providers who want to systematically identify suitable companies and reach out to them in a structured way. It is not suitable for untargeted mass outreach, B2C campaigns, or unrefined cold outreach without a clear target audience.

How does the setup or handover work?

After the purchase, we briefly coordinate which workflow will be set up or handed over and which credentials are needed. Then the technical setup or clean handover follows with clear next steps, so you can get started without detours.

How quickly can I get started?

Once the required credentials are in place, the system can be up and running in a short time. First leads can then be captured and processed quickly, so you can get into execution without a long lead time.

Is there support or updates after purchase?

Yes. If you need assistance with updates, customizations, or technical questions after the handover, you can book a suitable service for that. This way, the system remains reliably usable in the long term without you having to solve everything yourself.

What is my responsibility regarding outreach?

The workflows support you with research, data preparation, and technical sending. For content, target audience selection, and the legally compliant use of your outreach, you remain responsible as the sender.

(() => { const widgets = document.querySelectorAll(".ltfaq[data-ltfaq]"); widgets.forEach((widget) => { if (widget.dataset.ltfaqBound === "1") return; widget.dataset.ltfaqBound = "1"; const items = widget.querySelectorAll(".ltfaq__item"); items.forEach((item) => { item.addEventListener("toggle", () => { if (!item.open) return; items.forEach((other) => { if (other !== item) other.open = false; }); }); }); }); })();

How can you benefit from this?

In an initial call, I explain the system and walk you through it live — if you want, directly tailored to your setup.
